Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your use of Flovisto, a cloud-based business management system (the “Service”). Registering for, accessing, or continuing to use the Service constitutes acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Definitions
“Service” means the Flovisto system and flovisto.com website. “User” means anyone registered for or using the Service. “User Content” means data and documents entered, uploaded, or generated by a User through the Service.
2. The Service
Flovisto provides a cloud system for managing work, customers, documents, invoices, inventory, and purchasing. We may update, improve, or change Service capabilities from time to time.
3. Registration and account security
- You must provide accurate and current information and keep your sign-in credentials confidential.
- You are responsible for activity performed through your account and must use the two-factor authentication mechanism provided by the Service.
- You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized account use.
4. Subscription and payment
The Service is offered under paid subscription plans and prices published on the website. Subscriptions renew according to the selected plan and may be cancelled subject to that plan and applicable law. Non-payment may result in account suspension.
5. Permitted and prohibited use
- The Service may be used only for lawful business purposes.
- You may not compromise Service security, reverse engineer the Service, impose an unreasonable load, or use it in a manner that violates third-party rights or applicable law.
- You are responsible for the legality of User Content and its compliance with applicable requirements, including tax and privacy laws.
6. User Content and data
User Content remains yours. We process it only to provide the Service and in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the accuracy of data you enter and for maintaining any additional backups you require. For personal information about your customers, you are the data controller and we act as your processor.
7. Intellectual property
All rights in the Service, software, design, and Flovisto brand are reserved by us. These Terms grant only the right to use the Service in accordance with them and do not transfer any other right or ownership interest.
8. Availability and maintenance
We aim to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Interruptions may occur for maintenance, updates, or circumstances outside our control.
9. Liability and limitation
The Service is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profits or data resulting from use of the Service. Our total liability will not exceed the amounts paid for the Service during the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify us against loss, expense, or claims arising from your unlawful or improper use of the Service or your breach of these Terms.
11. Suspension and termination
You may end your subscription subject to the selected plan. We may suspend or terminate an account for breach, non-payment, or abuse. Following termination, we will provide a reasonable period to export data, after which it may be deleted subject to legal retention obligations.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be brought to your attention, and continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Exclusive jurisdiction rests with the competent courts in Israel.
